According to other recent studies organic foods are better for fighting cancer. Exercise is very important – it gets lots of oxygen into the body cancer HATES oxygen). I’d be burning rubber on my treadmill and getting out for walks for the fresh air, weather permitting.
I would also check the Fitness facilities in my area and see what types of classes are available. I love to work out, it’s a great mood elevator and it never fails to make me feel energetic, positive and healthy. Working out is also a fantastic way to get oxygen into your body. Remember, cancer HATES oxygen and cannot survive in an oxygenated environment. Something else you could do that doesn’t cost a penny is strap on a pair of sneakers and go for a walk and get to know your neighborhood!
Remember how much fun we had jumping on a trampoline when we were kids? Rebounding does an awesome job of draining the lymph system of toxins. Meditation for Your Mind, Body and Soul
Because I am a “Spiritual” person, I would take the time to Meditate every day to calm my mind and my soul. This also helps the body to relax and heal. I would think that this would be a very difficult time for me and very scary so meditation would be one of THE most important things for me to do.

Alkalinity and Cancer
Now here’s a topic I love and remember, this is just MY opinion…….
I have done my due diligence on this topic and I truly believe that having an “Alkaline” body environment really does help to battle cancer. I personally know people that had success with their cancers adopting an alkaline diet and drinking ionized/oxygenated water. It is my belief that an acid body is a magnet for sickness, disease, cancer and aging and that eating more alkaline foods and drinking ionized (alkaline) water helps to shift your body’s pH and oxygenate your system. Alkaline foods keep your body healthy and functioning correctly, preventing cancer. I would suggest doing research on this topic yourself. There is tons of information on the internet just by using Google.

There are also many negative websites out there like “Quackwatch” whose only purpose is to bash alternative health and alternative therapies so please keep that in mind as well.
Cancer is a perfectly natural process. A very small percentage of cells in every person will at some point in their lives turn cancerous, however the body usually can eliminate cancerous cells before they can increase and do harm, so it often passes unnoticed. This process has been going on for eons. It is only when the Cancer cells multiply faster than the body can get rid of them that our health is threatened. Our immune systems have become significantly overworked and weakened by increased exposure to toxins, pesticides, viruses, carcinogens, etc. This unhealthy environment has compromised our body’s defenses resulting in Cancer cells to thrive. Once you learn the causes for Cancer development, you will better understand how to support your body’s defenses so that it may more effectively fight Cancer. As long as you are still breathing, it is possible to get healthy again!
The Human body was designed to heal itself. Cut your finger, and your body immediately responds by clotting the flow of blood to close the wound, fighting the bacteria and repairing the tissue. The healthier the body, the better it will be able to heal itself. Therefore, in order to surmount illness, one must endeavor to improve one’s state of health. This can be done by removing the internal toxins and carcinogens from the blood, and creating an oxygen rich and alkaline system in which disease cannot exist. The question is not of what we should add to our bodies to treat disease, but rather what we need to take out. Sickening the body further should never be an answer to seeking a cure.
Scientists have proven that by raising the body’s alkalinity and oxygen content can eliminate cancer. This simple method is a logical and safe way of returning the body to its original state. Each cell in our body takes in oxygen, nutrients and glucose while throws out toxins. These cells are protected by the immune system. But as the body gets acidic the immune system gets overpowered by the toxins and the cell loses its capacity to take in oxygen and thus ferments. This cell gets cancer affected and is lost. The next question is can cancer be prevented and cured by consuming an alkaline diet. Cancer cells lie dormant in a ph of 7.4 but as the body gets alkalized higher and the ph level reaches 8.4 these malignant cells die off. So the answer to cancer lies in an extremely alkaline diet. When the alkaline diet will result in a high alkaline body ph the cancer cells cannot live in that environment and die off. Cancer cells being anaerobic cannot live in oxygen. They can only thrive in very low oxygen conditions. When the pH of the body is maintained by consuming an alkaline diet the immune system of the body stays strong. This leads to the cells getting enough oxygen and discarding their toxin waste. How does an alkaline diet and drinking alkaline ionized water prevent cancer? An alkaline diet leads to a high alkaline body pH. This high alkaline body pH results in alkaline tissues in the body. Alkaline tissues hold 20 times more oxygen than acidic tissues.
Cancer cannot live in an oxygenated atmosphere. If the cells are oxygen rich they will prevent cancer. Therefore while an acidic tissue will be an ideal ground for cancer to develop as well as spread, an alkaline tissue will destroy a cancer cell. Having a lot of green vegetables and fruits along with alkaline water can save you from cancer. An alkaline diet requires one to eat foods that are high alkalizing while avoiding the acidifying foods. An alkaline diet is very beneficial in fighting many diseases apart from cancer. You must realize that the word disease lets you see at least part of the problem – “dis-ease” or “not at ease”. Maintain your ease, learn to relax, forgive, laugh and be content. Your focus determines your reality, always think and act positively. Seek out religious reassurance and find joy in faith of healing. Ask for help in your prayers. Learn to forgive. Learn how to love and accept yourself (just as you are) and then others (just as they are). Learn to be a child again. Learn how to trust and hope and then to have faith. Expect less and give more. Become mentally strong. Do some random acts of kindness. Learn patience and take time to find proper rest. Be at ease with yourself!
God did not create the human body to suffer from Cancer. If we will use the same methods scientists use, to return the body to its original state, we will never suffer from this disease.
Just as a prize fighter would not go into the ring and only throw one type of punch to beat his opponent; you must learn how to use many different complementary therapies to beat your enemy and win the battle. Boxers do not enter the ring until their health is in peak condition. In order to defeat your opponent, Cancer, you need to become healthy again. Eat properly, use the right supplements and exercise regularly. Many current Cancer ‘treatments’ actually depend on weakening the body and its immune system, I feel this is a negative approach to healing the body of disease.
So, in a nutshell this is the information I would follow if I was diagnosed with cancer. Of course I cannot advise you on what to do but hopefully my information will at least give you a starting point on where you could begin your journey. I think the most important thing to do at the beginning would be to start living a Healthy Lifestyle which would include diet, exercise and meditation. After that do your “due diligence” on alternative therapies to find something that will work for YOU!
